Cancellation policy
If you can't make your appointment, Please cancel it rather than not attending. You can cancel upto 2 hours before your appointment.
**If you are late more than 5 minutes**, unfortunately your appointment will be cancelled.
Failure to cancel/attend will result in payment upfront for any future online bookings. An additional cost of 50% for the appointment missed would also need to be paid.
