CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations, Cancellation policy is at least 12 hours’ notice.
Last-minute cancellations mean I’m often unable to refill the appointment, while other customers are struggling to get booked in. It’s also costing the business a lot of money.
Please cancel or rearrange your appointment at least 12 hours before.
Cancellations within 12 hours and no-shows will be charged in full.
Customers who repeatedly cancel late or don’t attend will be required to pay upfront through the booking app for future appointments.
